What We Believe

What We Believe

We believe in one God, the Creator of all things, infinitely holy and perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19_

Hebrews 11:6

We believe: And without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Acts 4:12) And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead and is our Comforter.  He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. (John 14:26)

Salvation

We believe that salvation is by grace, a free gift of God. It involves repentance and turning from one’s own way to God’s way.

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Jesus is the Only Way to the Father

We believe that without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:16 The only way to the Father is through His Son, Jesus Christ. John 14:6

Second Coming of Christ

We believe that there will be the second coming of Jesus Christ. No one knows the hour of the day, but our Father in heaven. Matthew 24:36
